6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the User, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, except for clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data according to the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. Block personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of contact or request by the User or his legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of detecting unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

7.1. The Site Administration, having not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation, except as provided by clauses 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User’s consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before going to court with a lawsuit on disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution).

8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant of the claim about the results of the claim consideration in writing.

8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation.

8.4. The current legislation of Israel applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
